On the morning of the wedding, Ryan sent his bride a note. The first line said, “Today I will make the most confident decision of my life.”

Um, CUE THE TEARS. If that doesn’t give you an understanding of how Ryan feels about Sarah… dang he loves that girl! My favorite moment of the whole day was their first look- Ryan was totally overcome with emotion and they fell into the sweetest hug I’ve ever seen. We snapped a few pics and then gave them a moment before beginning portraits. Having done a first look and planned a perfect timeline, the whole day went so smoothly. Everyone stayed stress-free and calm, well, until the dancing! Oh my gosh, I’ve never seen the dance floor be full all night. All ages were out there showing off their moves, and it was so cool to see Sarah and Ryan’s families celebrate with them.

I met Sarah back when we were ELEVEN, and having been friends through middle and high school, I was so so excited when she reached out to me to ask me to be her wedding photographer!! Flashback to middle school, to our countless sleepovers together with her twin sister Carly- NEVER would we have been able to dream up the amazingness of this wedding day! Ryan and Sarah are such a perfect match and I couldn’t be happier for them.
