Meet Lacy! We had so much fun together during her senior portraits. It was beautiful outside, and Lacy is so photogenic. She made my job very easy 🙂

This session was significant for me personally, too. After we graduated college and got married, Curtis and I traveled full time in our renovated Airstream. Because we were all over the country, I primarily shot weddings, since I could plan way ahead and stay specialized in my business. I always said, “Once we get settled somewhere and get more connected locally, I want to do more portrait sessions!” And now that has happened! So Lacy’s senior session was really special. Also, she is super sweet and was one of the varsity cheerleaders at Freeman High School, where I am one of the assistant cheer coaches. This last season, I got to see Lacy step up and be a leader on the team. She helped our new flyers with their technique and was super encouraging to all my JV girls.

This is such an exciting time in Lacy’s life, and I am so glad she wanted to have it documented. It was so much fun talking about the future, and all she has to look forward to.  I can’t wait for her to be able to look back at these images in the years to come and reflect on how much she has grown personally.
